• Consolidated multi-tool monitoring silos (New Relic, Dynatrace, Splunk) into unified alert policies, reducing MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution) and alert fatigue by over 35%.
• Collaborated with platform security and infrastructure teams to integrate HashiCorp Vault secrets management into automated CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Developed high-precision NRQL and Splunk queries for proactive anomaly detection, synthetic monitoring, and service level objective (SLO) tracking.
